  • 5 ready-to-use CRÊPE ELGAMRA crêpes
  • 150 g chocolate spread (such as Nutella, Saïd, or homemade spread)
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 200 g fresh strawberries
  • 1 tbsp butter (for cooking)
  • A little powdered sugar (for decoration, optional)
  • Whipped cream or vanilla ice cream (optional, for extra indulgence)

Preparation Steps

  1. Prepare the fruit:
  2. Wash and hull the strawberries, then slice them thinly.
  3. Peel the bananas and slice them into rounds.
  4. Heat the crêpes:
  5. Heat a pan with a bit of butter.
  6. Warm each crêpe for 20 to 30 seconds on each side.
  7. Fill the crêpes:
  8. Spread a generous spoonful of chocolate spread on each warm crêpe.
  9. Add banana slices and strawberry strips on top.
  10. Fold or roll the crêpes as you like (triangle, rolled, envelope-style…).
  11. Plating:
  12. Dust with powdered sugar.
  13. Add a touch of whipped cream or a scoop of ice cream if you want to make them even more festive.
